Bath Time

I just hate when good unintentional ideas get frustrated. I can’t believe how long it’s been since I blogged on here last. It’s certainly not for lack of things to blog about but writing two blogs could be a full time job all on it’s own, never mind ever picking up my camera again (which wouldn’t make for a very good photography blog) or doing anymore design work for my other site Go{4}Pro. I’m sorry it’s been so long… I’ve thought of you often and am so glad to be back today!

Today I get to share with you some images that are particularly near and dear to my heart! I’ve been wanting and waiting to order a large (30″ by 40″) canvas for our home. I wanted the image to be one that would make me smile every morning when I came bounding down the stairs to start my day. I wanted it to be of the kids so that instead of signing it my normal ‘Leah Remillet’ I could sign it ‘love mom’. After a lot of thought and planning as to how to get my three all in one place long enough to get what I needed. I decided to do a bubble bath photo session. It was so much fun and I love what we got!

Got any guesses which one is going to be arriving as a beautiful 30×40 custom gallery wrap canvas?

  1. I want to hear which one you chose! My pick is second from the bottom. Too cute!! And what a great idea for a bathtub photoshoot–I want to do that, just have an 18 month old who splashes…

  2. adorable leah!! i love bath pics!!

  3. These are soooo adorable!! But… given that you mentioned images that made you smile every morning, my guess is #2 (because they’re all in it and they’re all laughing!!). Second choice is the second b&w image. :-) LOVE the colour images too… gorgeous tones!!

  4. SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Aww, I’m so looking forward to doing a bathtub photo shoot sometime. One of my biggest inspirations, Jinkyart had a bathtub post once http://jinkyart.com.au/index2.php?v=v1#/gallery1/1/ and I just fell in love with the adorableness of bubble playing, splashes, rubber duckies and pretty vintage bathtubs:)

You did an amazing job with these photos!!! (My guess is picture #2 will be a beautiful 30×40?)

  5. I love it all, but I think it will be the second one. Too adorable, and BW got love it.

  6. ADORABLE!!!! My guess is photo #2. Whatever photo you choose I’m sure it will brighten your day every time you look at it hanging on your wall!!!

  7. Picture #2 makes me smile – and they’re not even my kids :) VERY Cute!!!
